Refund & Return Policy

If Thomas Coffee makes a mistake with your order (e.g. incorrect product sent, item(s) missing, shipped to wrong address) we will correct the mistake immediately at no cost to the customer.

If the customer changes their mind about their order before any shipment leaves Thomas Coffee can still offer a full refund. If the customer changes their mind after their purchase has been shipped, we are unable to offer a refund.
