Allow us to introduce you to our two new flavors and give you some behind-the-scenes looks about how they came to be.
DAD'S COOKIES SCOTCH OATMEAL COOKIE BLEND
Two St. Louis originals, more than 100 years in the making. Thomas Coffee and Dad’s Cookies come together in this Scotch Oatmeal Cookie Blend, with warm baking spices and the familiar taste of a hometown favorite. Add a splash of oat milk to bring out even more of that classic oatmeal cookie flavor.
The backstory
On a trip to our local Schnucks, one of our team members saw a bag of Dad's Scotch Oatmeal Cookies on the shelf. The sight of the classic storefront sparked two big connections:
- Dad's Cookies and Thomas Coffee are both 100+ year old St. Louis Originals.
- Dad's Cookies most popular cookie is the Scotch Oatmeal. Thomas Coffee is proud to use the Scottie dog as our main logo.
With that, an email was sent to the Dad's team wondering if we could combine forces to make something truly delicious and VERY St. Louis. After four rounds of flavor testing, the experts at Dad's and Thomas landed on a flavor that is both playful and refined, just like our beloved Scottie dog.
Oh, and trust us on adding some oat milk (or even a dash of sugar) to your morning cup. It's delicious.

Our Gooey Butter Cake flavored coffee takes its inspiration from one of St. Louis’ most famous treats. We use added flavor to give a smooth cup of Thomas Coffee the familiar sweet, buttery taste that’s made Gooey Butter Cake a hometown favorite for generations.
The backstory:
Go around town, watch a video about St. Louis culture, or just talk to any resident about St. Louis. One thing you'll always see or hear about is Gooey Butter Cake. The result of a happy accident — where ratios for a standard cake were flopped — Gooey Butter Cake has been a St. Louis staple for nearly a century. Several St. Louis establishments have made their reputation on offering the region's best Gooey Butter Cake, and it is a mainstay dessert for St. Louisians in the summer months.
So, of course it was on the short list when our team searched for new flavors for our faithful customers. While decadently sweet and flavorful, it represents what we stand for and what we love about our home city: it's earnest, unpretentious, and a great treat for those that have earned it.
